Working with young people who need support, one to one and/or group Bexley Targeted and Startwell programme. Working with young people who need support, one to one and/or group Bexley Targeted and Startwell programme. Work closely with risk and violence reduction manager to highlight schools and young people that should be on the programme.
Help co-ordinate diversionary activities in the borough of Bexley and Greenwich; ball court sessions, outreach and detach bus, including the co-ordination of staffing and resources
To co-ordinate and deliver a range of positive group enrichment, residentials and diversionary activities for young people
To work as part of a team alongside CACTs Mentoring programme for children and young people.
In conjunction with the Risk and Violence reduction manager develop and deliver a plan to help achieve project targets.
Co-ordinate and provide support to a pool of casual mentors to deliver mentoring and enrichment activities
Liaise regularly with CACTs Risk and violence reduction manager and any other partner organisations, to ensure that all project outputs are evidenced to required standards.
Ensure that all requirements under Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, Data Protection and Safeguarding are implemented and comply with CACT policies and procedures, in order to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all young people, staff and volunteers involved in the programme
To undertake any other relevant duties related to the further development, promotion and sustainability of the organisation as set by CACTs risk and violence reduction manager
