The successful candidate will form part of the BBDI Executive Leadership Team (ELT) working closely with the GM on matters relating to operational management, transformation, innovation, and evolution.
Deliver against business operational expense and risk strategic objectives
Own, provide direction and oversee all BBDI operational governance forums
Maintain a culture of transformation for operations by improving automation opportunities to scale the business.
Ensure the organization meets and exceeds financial goals; Risk management and compliance
Implement robust internal controls and compliance procedures to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance. Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Own operational risk register and oversee DR/BCP.
Act as BBDI BISO and coordinate with corporate risk, internal and external audit teams as and when required.

People management
Build talent development and retention programs; Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to corp policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices. In depth understanding of asset servicing, global and local custody eco systems
Proven ability to manage and execute large operational offshoring projects
Professional finance, legal and or regulatory qualifications desirable
Recognized formal product and or project management qualification is desirable
