As Social Media & Community Manager for Phasmophobia, you will be the bridge between Kinetic Games and our 19 million player base. Your role will be crucial in managing our social media communications, looking after content creator/influencer relationships, fostering a positive community atmosphere, and providing feedback to the development team. This position requires a dynamic individual who can create engaging content, manage social media platforms, understands the content creator/influencer space, and moderate community interactions to enhance player satisfaction and engagement.


Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance player interaction and satisfaction.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on various platforms, including content creation using the Adobe suite.
• Manage and grow the Kinetic Games Partner (Content Creator) Program. 
• Build and manage relationships with relevant content creators/influencers, directly or via the support of an agency.
• Monitor and moderate discussions across community forums, social media, and other communication channels to ensure a constructive and positive environment.
• Organize and coordinate community events and competitions to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Be the face of the development team within the community.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to community management and customer support.


Proven experience as a Social Media & Community Manager or similar role within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of the content creator/influencer space.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to produce engaging content.
• High level of organization, time management and ability to self-manage.
• Familiarity with content creation tools and graphic design skills to create visually appealing content.
• Experience with platforms such as Discord, Steam Forums, Twitch and YouTube.
• Experience with community management for other games.
• Video creation skills and experience with recording trailers.
• Knowledge of Phasmophobia and active participation in its community.
