We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to drive compelling marketing initiatives and support our commercial teams in achieving their revenue goals. This role is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in growth marketing with a global industry leader. B2B marketing experience is a must, with a bonus for those experienced in the logistics and warehousing sectors.
Ensure smooth execution of measurable, revenue-driving campaigns with sales teams.
Implement integrated marketing programs (events, email, web, social) aligned with the buyer journey.
Collaborate with sales on pipeline acceleration programs.
Innovate to improve customer marketing and cross/up-sell campaigns.
Partner with support teams for expertise and feedback, improving SEO/PPC and localizing content.
Develop and execute impactful social media campaigns with agencies and managers.
Manage events within the marketing mix, ensuring cohesive strategies for engagement.
Communicate marketing activities to sales teams via newsletters and other channels.
Manage vendors for local demand creation programs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Experience in a B2B marketing environment, with a track record of supporting programs that drive awareness and sales.
Experience with logistics and warehousing stakeholders is highly desirable.
Strong planning and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of marketing and communication principles, practices, and techniques, especially within the B2B sales cycle.
