HP Events is a pioneering event organizing company based in London, orchestrates a diverse array of high-profile events ranging from cultural festivals to concert tours across the UK, Europe and Middle East.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Management Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of handling multiple aspects of event planning and execution.

The position is based at our office on Kensington High Street in London and involves on-site responsibilities during events.

Coordinate all facets of event planning, including venue selection, AV, logistics, and guest services.
Assist in developing and managing event budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
Implement creative event concepts and themes to enhance attendee experience.
Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring all elements conform to client expectations and company standards.

Address and resolve any issues that arise before, during, or after the event in a timely and effective manner.

Liaise with marketing teams to promote events and manage attendee registration processes.
Evaluate event success and provide detailed reports on outcomes and feedback.

Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in event planning or management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
