E-learning Designer

Who we are looking for An eLearning Designer, who will design, deploy and evaluate a range of eLearning modules and interventions to support the achievement of organisational goals and continued growth of the Company.
Reporting directly to the E-Learning Project Lead, you will create high quality and bespoke eLearning content, incorporating best practices from learning theory, instructional design frameworks and current trends in corporate digital learning provision.
Aligning with the creation of bespoke eLearning content, you will be comfortable using a variety of authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Camtasia, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for asset creation.
A high level of communication is key to this role, in order to express creative proposals and concepts to key stakeholders.
The position is initially office based, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid working model.
Extensive experience developing corporate eLearning in tools such as Captivate and Camtasia.
Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, notably Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience in developing and deploying eLearning interventions through a Learning Management System.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to demonstrate previous experience in the creation of eLearning.
Highly motivated to work in a collaborative creative space.
Working with Subject Matter Experts to acquire and translate written content into engaging visual and interactive eLearning for the Business.
Supporting the management of digital learning projects through their entire life cycle.
Designing eLearning interventions and producing materials in accordance with the needs of the department and stakeholders.
Evaluating the effectiveness of existing eLearning and materials.
Conducting effective design practices on multiple digital learning projects simultaneously.
Staying up to date on the latest trends and innovations in digital learning and technology and continuously exploring new ways to enhance the learning experience.
