We are seeking an experienced E-learning Designer to join our team at bet365. As an E-learning Designer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and evaluating a range of eLearning modules and interventions to support the achievement of organisational goals and continued growth of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality and bespoke eLearning content, incorporating best practices from learning theory, instructional design frameworks, and current trends in corporate digital learning provision.
  • Align with the creation of bespoke eLearning content, you will be comfortable using a variety of authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Camtasia, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for asset creation.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to acquire and translate written content into engaging visual and interactive eLearning for the Business.
  • Support the management of digital learning projects through their entire life cycle.
  • Design eLearning interventions and produce materials in accordance with the needs of the department and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing eLearning and materials.
  • Conduct effective design practices on multiple digital learning projects simultaneously.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in digital learning and technology and continuously explore new ways to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience developing corporate eLearning in tools such as Captivate and Camtasia.
  • Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, notably Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience in developing and deploying eLearning interventions through a Learning Management System.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate previous experience in the creation of eLearning.
  • Highly motivated to work in a collaborative creative space.
