We are seeking a highly skilled E-Learning Designer to join our team at Bet365. As an E-Learning Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and interactive eLearning content to support the achievement of our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Work with Subject Matter Experts to acquire and translate written content into engaging visual and interactive eLearning for the Business.
- Project Management: Support the management of digital learning projects through their entire life cycle, from design to deployment and evaluation.
- eLearning Intervention Design: Design eLearning interventions and produce materials in accordance with the needs of the department and stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Establish and strengthen effective relationships to support the departmental collaborative approach to learning and development and ensure the best outcome for the learner.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing eLearning and materials, and make recommendations for change to key stakeholders.
- Extensive experience developing corporate eLearning in tools such as Captivate and Camtasia.
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, notably Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience in developing and deploying eLearning interventions through a Learning Management System.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
- High degree of comfort in a collaborative, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience of working in the gambling industry would be advantageous.
- Ability to demonstrate previous experience in the creation of eLearning.
- Highly motivated to work in a collaborative creative space.
