We are seeking an experienced E-learning Designer to join our team at bet365. As an E-learning Designer, you will play a key role in creating high-quality, engaging, and effective eLearning content that supports the achievement of our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy a range of eLearning modules and interventions to support the growth and development of our employees.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to acquire and translate written content into engaging visual and interactive eLearning.
- Support the management of digital learning projects through their entire life cycle, from design to deployment and evaluation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing eLearning and materials, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital learning and technology, and continuously explore new ways to enhance the learning experience.
- Extensive experience developing corporate eLearning in tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia.
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, notably Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience in developing and deploying eLearning interventions through a Learning Management System.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate previous experience in the creation of eLearning.
- Highly motivated to work in a collaborative creative space.
