We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Administrator wanting to take that next career step with a well-established and growing business (recently awarded a place on the Sunday Times Top 100 Fastest Growing Private UK Companies). This office-based position is a busy and varied role supporting the UK Sales team by accomplishing a smooth-running process of sales associated administrative tasks such as sales orders, sample processing and delivering excellent customer service

Using your excellent organisation skills and your keen eye for detail, you will maintain an accurate and up to date critical path; to manage the administration of sales orders. The main tasks include but are not limited to:

· Raising samples on company systems as requested by the Sales Manager. Ensuring that paperwork / data input is completed accurately and on time.

· Creating sample requests and updating the sample tracker to maintain an up-to-date series of relevant information

· Sales data entry to PDCF (internal / group sales order system)

· Maintain a meticulous and up to date critical path and ensure information on company systems is entered precisely.

· Sort and distribute incoming team post and prepare and send outgoing team post.

· Assisting with show room set ups for customer meetings.

· To be flexible within the sales team and wider company, to carry out any other ad-hoc duties and help in other areas when required to do so.

To fit well into our team and business you will have a strong work ethic, be a considerate teammate, be a good communicator and have pride in your work.

You will have at least one years’ experience in a busy administration environment, you will have excellent numerical and organisational skills, ideally with an intermediate level of MS Excel, Word and Outlook. If your experience has been in a sales department, retail head office or licensed brand organisation, this will be an advantage.
