Meeting and Events Sales Manager Overview: Our client is looking for a Meeting and Events Sales Manager with excellent local knowledge on the MICE and Reservation customers in market. The role is demanding and requires a resilient person to embrace the working patterns and demands of the role.Reporting to the General Manager on property this role requires an experienced Leader who can navigate several management levels.. The M&E Sales Manager leads and manages a small team of Events Executives, driving conversion and planning the events with the clients from the initial enquiry up until the day of the event. The Role: The M&E Sales Manager will lead and develop the event sales team at the hotel. Oversee the day-to-day business and ensure all processes and brand standards are adhered to, ensuring attention to detail. Encourage the team to drive enquiry conversion and recognise opportunities to upsell to clients. Be hands-on in managing event sales with client when required. Develop relationships with key clients and agents to ensure repeat business. Salary and Benefits: They are offering a salary up to 35,000 per annum plus 20% bonus
