Join our team at a centrally located, iconic hotel in the heart of Blackpool. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Office Manager to lead our Sales, Meetings & Events, and Reservations teams.

About the Role:
Due to a recent restructure, were seeking a dynamic Sales Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our sales office. Youll manage and support the Meetings, Events, and Reservations teams, handling all enquiries and coordinating events before passing them on to the operations team.
In this hands-on role, you'll lead by example, confidently handling bookings for new and existing clients. Your focus will be on maximizing sales opportunities and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings for bedrooms, conferences, weddings, awards dinners, corporate events, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support your team in proactively and reactively selling rooms and event spaces
- Manage the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle phone and email enquiries with confidence, ensuring all bookings are managed efficiently
- Ensure a high conversion rate of enquiries to confirmed bookings
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar role (Sales Office Manager, Senior Sales Coordinator, or Reservations Manager)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong sales focus with a proven track record of converting enquiries into bookings
- Experience with Opera Cloud and Opera S&C (advantageous, but not essential as training is provided)
- Must be local to Blackpool, with access to your own transport
- Eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions
