Our client is a renowned creative studio based in South London, specialising in high-end floral design and event production. With a reputation for delivering extraordinary experiences, the client works on a range of prestigious events, from weddings to corporate functions to brand events and pop-ups. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, alongside a passionate team committed to excellence.

As the Head of Events, you’ll play a pivotal role in the end-to-end management of luxury events. Working closely with the Director and a team of event managers, you will lead the execution of events, from initial concept through to completion. Responsibilities include overseeing the design process, moodboarding, creating tablescape designs, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless event delivery. Proven experience in managing large-scale events, preferably in the luxury or creative sector.
Expertise in budgeting, proposal creation, and event planning using Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional event delivery.
Experience with health and safety compliance and managing all aspects of event operations.
