The business has exciting plans for growth, which include expansion of a Group of services and revenue streams which complement the core offering. The development of the group will present significant opportunities for growth and reward for those who are part of the journey.
As a foundation to this next stage for the business, GO are looking to appoint a GO Network Executive to sit within the GO Network Team.

driving the business internally and are the external face of GO for all it’s marketing agency members.

Network Executive role will be solely responsible for managing the briefing process which is integral to the business, whilst at the same time supporting on the communication with the agency members of the GO Network in order to increase the value gained from of their membership. 

Network team, the GO Network Executive role has responsibilities and deliverables which support across all teams in the business, each with a set of clearly defined objectives.

These are split across external client management and internal operational support across Agency, Brand and Marketing teams.

As such an integral part of the growing GO team, the varied role offers progression into multiple areas of the business. Working closely with the brand team and GO Network Managers to qualify agencies for relevant opportunities as and when they come into the business
· Working with agency clients to ensure their content within the bespoke GO platform is up-to-date at all times
· Training clients on how to use the GO software and ensuring they understand the importance of updating case studies throughout their membership
· Taking responsibility for diary management throughout the pitch process with brands and agencies
· Answering agency queries relating to GO content output as appropriate
· Responding to client enquires via email and phone
· Ensuring information across the business is captured in the relevant format and platform and all data is input real-time into the GO internal systems
· Taking responsibility for 100% accuracy across all data entry touchpoints

Business support:
· Supporting with the development and maintenance of company assets and systems as and when required, such as Insightly CRM, Online Portal and Data for reports
· Reviewing industry publications and other relevant data sources on and offline on a daily basis
· To act as a face of GO at all times and welcome clients into the GO office
· As part of a fast paced and growing business, there is a continuous focus across teams of developing and launching new business lines and company developments. There is a reactive element to the GNE role at times in line with business needs, to research and set foundations of such developments, providing integral support to company growth.

Speaking to external clients on the phone and face to face in a confident and articulate way

At least 1 years working experience in a field relating to one of the following industries:
Creative 
Digital / Performance marketing
Creative 
· Digital Marketing
· o Creative 
o Digital Marketing
An understanding of the briefing and pitch process in creative industries

Experience and competent use of Office 365 programmes
· Natural relationship building skills with the confidence to deal with internal and external audiences
