Description

REFY are looking for a SENIOR PR & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER who has 5 years+ of experience with the ability to build out global strategies with the focus on the US.

We're a dynamic and innovative brand committed to leveraging PR partnerships to drive creative marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility. As our Senior PR & Partnerships Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects, including VIP partnerships, creative marketing briefs, content creation, influencer programs, UK + US strategies, gifting programs, and PR agency management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CREATIVE MARKETING BRIEFS AND CONVERSION

  • Develop and execute creative marketing briefs tailored to specific creator campaigns aimed at maximizing conversion rates and brand engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and objectives.

CONTENT CREATION WITH CREATORS

  • Ideate and co-create engaging content with influencers that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand story.
  • Provide guidance and support to influencers to ensure content meets brand guidelines and objectives.

NOURISHING VIP RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and VIP personalities to secure long-term partnerships and advocacy for the brand.
  • Strategically engage with VIP influencers to drive brand loyalty and amplify brand presence across various channels.

CREATING NANO INFLUENCER PROGRAMS:

  • Develop and implement programs targeting nano influencers to tap into niche communities and amplify brand reach at a grassroots level.
  • Identify and onboard emerging talent with high engagement and potential for long-term collaboration.

BUILDING UK + US STRATEGIES:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive creator partnership and PR strategies tailored to the unique market dynamics of the UK and US.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine and optimize strategies.

GIFTING PROGRAM:

  • Manage and oversee the gifting program, ensuring strategic allocation of products to influencers aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor gifting outcomes and track ROI to optimize future gifting initiatives.

TEAM MANAGEMENT AND BUILD

  • Train, and mentor a high-performing influencer marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful execution of influencer campaigns and initiatives.

MANAGE PR AGENCIES

  • Drive PR agencies in UK and US to ambitious KPIs
  • Work with agencies to brand build in key territories
  • Work with agencies to support activations in key territories
  • Support with events and brand experience execution, amplifying awareness of these globally
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key talent, agencies, management and press in all territories to continue to drive coverage and awareness of REFY
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing and PR, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute data-driven influencer marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
