IT Support Engineer
83zero is excited to be working with the worlds leader in broadcasting solutions, who are responsible for broadcasting the Olympics, The Premier League, British Horse Racing and Love Island.

Our client specialises in the latest technological solutions and boasts a talented team that is dedicated to making sure the most prestigious broadcast events worldwide are delivered at the highest standard from concept through to creation.

The purpose of this IT Support Engineer position is to help support the IT infrastructure and employee-related IT support cases for all of offices and employees.

As your position and knowledge progresses, you will also have the opportunity to assist the growth and maintenance of multiple locations and computer networks across our clients group, along with managing the server infrastructure that is primarily a Microsoft environment supporting 500+ UK&I users.

Operate and maintain all corporate computer systems and corporate cloud environment.
Perform systems and security monitoring and takes mitigating action as required.
Perform regular data and operating system backups, patches and software updates.
Maintain system backups, data archives and system and audit security logs.
Ensure IT tasks or projects are accomplished within the designated timeframe.
Configure, deploy, and maintain local and remote IT equipment.
Maintain an accurate accounting of the corporate accounts and IT inventory.
Assist deployments of new hardware and software solutions.
Assist with the planning, documentation and execution of IT projects.
Assist in creating formal documentation of IT policies, processes and procedures.
Provide subject matter training for IT team members or company personnel.
Provide first and second line technical support to employees of varied IT-skill levels.
You’re a passionate technical troubleshooter who loves solving problems and getting involved in IT projects
You’re comfortable working across the Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
Any experience with VOIP Management or Print Management software would be beneficial
Any experience in the following areas would be beneficial OKTA, Crowdstrike, Proofpoint, PTRG, Bomgar, ServiceNOW, Datto, Bitlocker, intune , Autopilot or Apple Mac OS.
Any experience working in a Cloud based environments is a bonus, but not essential
Strong experience with system management tools, logical file systems and client/server environments.
