About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at Fujitsu Services Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 3rd line support for complex technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term solutions
  • Manage and maintain virtualized and physical infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment
  • Utilize monitoring tools to analyze system performance and identify potential issues proactively
  • Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard infrastructure components
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to resolve cross-functional issues
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions for future reference
  • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to services
  • Manage and resolve incidents within established SLAs
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to address critical issues outside regular business hours
Requirements
  • Experience in 3rd line technical support, with a strong background in infrastructure management
  • Expertise in Windows Server (2019/2022), Linux Server administration (Redhat, Oracle, Ubuntu), and VMware Suite Administration (VCenter/ESXI)
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, including DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell and Ansible
  • Knowledge of storage systems technology, including SAN and NAS
  • Desirable experience with PKI management, Microsoft System Center suite management, backup solution management, and patching toolsets
