Key Responsibilities:


In this role, you will leverage one of the UK's premier UKAS accredited testing facilities, collaborating with leading test engineers and industry experts. You will provide independent and authoritative technical support to help clients achieve their objectives through a single partnership.

Reporting to the Product Performance Lead, your responsibilities will include conducting testing and commissioning for a diverse range of clients in the built environment.

Your tasks will involve assisting in the assembly of test rigs, utilizing testing instruments, and contributing to the preparation of client reports.

Within a collaborative team environment in the Test House, you will:

  • Manage laboratory housekeeping tasks, including the preparation of instrumentation, test rigs, and samples.
  • Support the construction, maintenance, and operation of test rigs.
  • Assist in testing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration products and systems.
  • Participate in standard laboratory investigations and bespoke site-based assessments.
  • Review test data and assist in report preparation.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of work in compliance with formal procedures.
  • Maintain high technical and quality standards in all tasks performed.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for new work.
  • Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
