Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
What you'll be doing:

Customer relationship Engagement & Relationship Management
Proactively reach out to existing customer to check in on their progress and satisfaction with our training solutions.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions concerns, or issues promptly and effectively.

Feedback Collection & Analysis
Gather feedback from customers through surveys, interviews, and regular check-ins to understand their experiences and needs.
Analyse feedback to identify their trends and areas for improvement in our training offerings.
Work closely with the product development and training teams to implement enhancements based on customer feedback.

Upselling & Cross-Selling
Identify opportunities to upsell additional training courses and services to existing customers.
Present and promote new and relevant training solutions that align with the customer's needs and goals.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise customer value and achieve sales targets.

Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on account status, customer feedback, and sales performance for management review.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive upselling efforts.


What we need from you:
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related role. Preferably within cybersecurity/education/tech industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for cybersecurity and/or education, and a commitment to helping customers achieve their training objectives.

What we can offer you:
~£40,000 annual salary.
~ Up to 10% performance-based annual bonus (£4,000).
~5% commission per existing business sale (capped at £3,333 per month).
~ OTE earnings of £84,000 per year.
~ Fully remote role, but opportunities for social and co-working events.
