I am partnering with a global Automotive company based in Rugby who are are seeking a proactive and dedicated Health and Safety Coordinator who ideally has certifications in IOSH and NEBOSH to ensure that their various sites and depots operate under the safest conditions, aligning with all health and safety regulations and best practices. We are looking for someone who has the ability to influence , build relationships and ensure projects are being managed , the ideal background would be distribution , warehousing and automotive and have managed multisite .
The role will be based from my clients Rugby Distribution centre and will involve travel to sites across the midlands and into Scotland .

**Risk Assessment: Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments throughout the warehouse to identify potential hazards.
# Safety Training: Organise and lead health and safety training sessions for all employees, ensuring compliance with established safety protocols.
# Policy Development: Draft, review, and update health and safety policies and procedures to maintain alignment with local, state, and national regulations.
# Prepare monthly safety performance reports and present to senior management.
# Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with external parties such as local authorities, insurance companies, and safety consultants.


Certified in both IOSH and NEBOSH.
# Previous experience in a health and safety role, preferably within a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
# Proficient in using safety management software and tools.


A proactive approach to health and safety.
