We are in the beginning of a paradigm shift in healthcare from reactive “sick care” towards proactive “well care”. Our mission is to lead this transformative wave by establishing a direct-to-consumer preventive health platform to help the world age better through the power of clinical research, behavioral science, and technology. That’s why we’re committed to providing science-backed tools to our consumers to improve their healthspan and lifespan through mastering the basics such as sleep, nutrition/diet, physical exercise, and mental well-being.
Specifically, we view better sleep as the foundation of healthy habits (e.g., easier diet adherence, higher energy levels, greater emotional control, etc.) and natural starting point for anyone looking to incorporate preventive health measures into their daily lives. We are excited to build the first truly holistic long-term sleep solution to empower consumers to take control of their health and normalize the challenges of sleep and aging within today’s modern society. Become a community thought leader in preventive health with a focus on holistic sleep (e.g., Create our company voice and organic content through channels such as TikTok and Instagram.
Cultivate brand advocates within the scientific community and among popular health influencers.
Foster consumer engagement through webinars, events, podcasts, and other creative initiatives.
Act as our primary external-facing scientist and build out a network of healthcare practitioners (e.g., partnerships with academic, medical associations, other subject matter experts, etc.).
Propose and execute on the medical and regulatory development strategy of the company.
Assist in scientific product development to ensure safe, efficacious, and practical solutions.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization - local & global teams.
Open and willing to travel on an as-needed basis to represent the company (e.g., Strong passion for sleep and preventive health as well as a deep commitment to our mission.
~4+ years of clinical practice and/or research experience, ideally focused on sleep and/or aging.
~ Preferably an MD or PhD in a relevant field such as sleep medicine, neuroscience, psychology, functional medicine, behavioral health, nutritional science, etc.
~ In-depth knowledge of the UK / EU healthcare system including the relevant rules and regulations surrounding sleep health and a strong network (medical professionals, institutions, researchers).
~ Proven experience in social media and community-building within the preventive health industry.
~ Native or fluent English proficiency (additional languages are a bonus but not necessary)
