This trend is driven by a transition towards P4 medicine (predictive, preventive, personalized, participatory), alongside advancements in health technologies such as telemedicine, biomonitoring, wearables, and artificial intelligence. Significant research developments in anti-aging solutions, including supplements and clinical trials for novel medications, are also contributing to this evolution.
Our Mission: Our goal is to spearhead this change by creating a direct-to-consumer preventive health platform. We aim to empower individuals to age gracefully through the integration of clinical research, behavioral science, and cutting-edge technology.
Philosophy: We believe that prevention is the future of health, and everyone should have access to the latest scientific advancements in aging research. Our commitment lies in providing evidence-based tools that enhance healthspan and lifespan by focusing on fundamental aspects such as sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and mental wellness.
Focus on Sleep: We recognize that quality sleep is essential for establishing healthy habits, including improved diet adherence, increased energy levels, and better emotional regulation. Our initiative aims to develop a comprehensive long-term sleep solution that enables consumers to take charge of their health while addressing the complexities of sleep and aging in contemporary society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish yourself as a thought leader in preventive health, particularly in holistic sleep.
- Develop our brand voice and organic content across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
- Build a network of brand advocates within the scientific community and among health influencers.
- Engage consumers through webinars, events, podcasts, and innovative initiatives.
- Serve as the primary scientific representative of the company, fostering partnerships with healthcare practitioners, academic institutions, and subject matter experts.
- Formulate and implement the medical and regulatory development strategy for the organization.
- Support scientific product development to ensure safe, effective, and practical health solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams, both locally and globally.
- Be open to travel as necessary to represent the organization.
Qualifications:
- A strong passion for sleep and preventive health, coupled with a deep commitment to our mission.
- Approximately 4+ years of clinical practice and/or research experience, ideally with a focus on sleep and aging.
- Preferably possess an MD or PhD in relevant fields such as sleep medicine, neuroscience, psychology, functional medicine, or nutritional science.
- Comprehensive understanding of the UK/EU healthcare system, including regulations related to sleep health, along with a robust network of medical professionals and researchers.
- Demonstrated experience in social media engagement and community-building within the preventive health sector.
- Fluent or native proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous but not required.
