Join our growing team as a Global GTM Enablement Lead, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). You will create GTM enablement programmes, tools, and content to support our GTM processes, driving revenue growth and improving win rates. As a Global Enablement Lead, you will:
~ Create GTM enablement content, including playbooks, content repositories, product training, and onboarding materials.

~ Deliver GTM training programs to enhance product knowledge, GTM skills, and performance across the GTM organization.

~ Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, GTM (including Pre-Sales), and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning of our software solutions.

~ Analyze GTM performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives.

~ Design and implement career progression plans for all the key roles within the GTM team to promote growth and development internally

~ Partner with global GTM leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the impact of GTM enablement efforts.

~ A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

~ Strong understanding of enterprise software GTM processes and methodologies- MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, and Force Management.

~ Experience with CRM systems and GTM enablement technologies including Gong, Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

~ Expertise with Artificial Intelligence and ability to integrate it into the GTM organization through messaging, training, planning, and analysis.

~ Analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
