As we strive to push boundaries and expand our reach, we are embracing new revenue streams through an external partner sales model that leverages professionals across various regions.
After a successful trial with regional partners we are on the lookout for an ambitious Partner Program Manager to lead the charge in scaling our new partner-driven sales channel. This role is pivotal in scouting and securing new partners, devising incentive structures that motivate performance, and working with internal stakeholders to oversee the growth of this network to boost sales of Giraffe360 cameras and subscriptions.

Performance Management: Monitor partner activities, analyze performance data, and implement strategies from leadership to optimize sales outcomes.
Development and Training: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to roll out top-tier training programs that ramp up partner capabilities swiftly, ensuring high standards and fast-track success.

Proven expertise in working on projects with dispersed teams.
Strong analytical acumen, adept at organising performance metrics and implementing feedback from Leadership Teams.
Technical Proficiency Preferably CRM and sales analytics tools.
