**Programme Coordinator (Social Clubs)**

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Cares Family - whose purpose is to help people find connection and community in a disconnected age.

**The role**:
This role will lead our Social Clubs programme at Manchester Cares. You will design and deliver engaging social activities that bring older and younger people together, to help build community and connection in Manchester.

**About you**:
We are looking for a creative, confident and versatile person to join our team. To succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about our mission and enthusiastic about working in our fast-paced organisation. You will need to be able to build a rapport with a wide range of people and be a positive and confident group facilitator

**What we offer**:
This is a full time, permanent position. You will receive a salary of £28,000 and benefits include 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a flexible working policy and a staff welfare programme. Hybrid working is available but you will need to be based within commuting distance of Manchester, and some weekend and evening work will be required.
