As an HR Operations Intern , you will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure employees are guided through on-boarding during their first few months at TCS.
During the internship, your main duties include maintaining reporting structures with new joiner’s teams, compliance, acting as a point of contact for a range of HR processes.
Work with different cross functional teams on on-boarding and integration of permanent and fixed term professionals.
Plan, organize, and conduct induction on a bi-monthly/monthly basis.
Act as the first point of contact and help support the new joiner queries.
Help processing and tracking the invoices.
A degree in human resources or relative relevant area.
Strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel.
