International HR Coordinator

About The Role
Are you passionate about HR and eager to make an impact on a global function? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are keen to appoint a German speaking International HR Coordinator to support the HR Team in providing effective HR Administrationsupport and advice to our colleagues in international markets. You will workclosely with the the with the International HRBP and international country managers. Your Duties and Responsibilities as International HR Coordinator include: Act as a first point of contact and manage the HR Inbox, answer queries, and provide advice to managers and colleagues in relation to policies and procedures. Use initiative and considered judgment to answer queries and make suggestions in line with internal policies and relevant country legal framework. Escalate unresolved or complex queries to the International HRBP and relevant wider HR team. End to end responsibility for processing starters, leavers, employee changes, employee status regarding right to work and maintaining all employee files as legally required. Deliver all agreed calendared employee lifecycle events ensuring compliance with policy and legislation are met. Work closely with regional representatives for Retail Operations, International Payroll, and the wider HR Team to achieve alignment between corporate strategies and regional needs. Support international employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance and performance related matters. Support and coach line managers within the international market on operational HR issues ensuring that high quality, appropriate advice is given.
About You
To be successful in the role of International HR Coordinator you will have the following skills and experience: S trong verbal and written communication skills in English and German Any other European languages would be beneficial (French, Spanish, Dutch) Technical proficiency with HR Systems & MS Office applications Strong ability to work in a fast paced and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity, in the international setting to balance regional and business needs. Cultural awareness and sensitivity to effectively engage with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds and adapt HR practices accordingly.Strong attention to detail and ability to work at speed
