We are looking for an **HR Advisor** to join our team.

As the HR Advisor for Kaplan International Pathways, this role is designed for a proactive and solutions-focused individual eager to elevate their HR career. You will experience a range of HR activities that will accelerate your professional growth. Reporting to the HR Manager UK Pathways, you will be engaging in dynamic projects, crafting HR policies, and fostering Learning Development initiatives as well as becoming a go-to expert in Employee Relations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Sound judgment backed by detailed knowledge and practical experience of employment law and best practices.
- Solid HR experience working within the commercial sector, or Education with some exposure with unionised environments desirable.
- Experience in complex employee relations casework.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, with the courage to challenge when required -working effectively at all organisational levels.
- Influencing and coaching skills, with a high level of personal credibility and the courage to challenge when required.
- Results-oriented with attention to detail, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience or interest with learning and development

**Qualifications**:

- CIPD qualified (desirable) with evidence of continuous professional development.
