The role of a Talent Partner is to partner with exciting organisations to support their hiring roadmap. You will be working closely with experienced Talent Professionals and firstly learning how to excel in our unique and successful embedded style of recruitment whilst then delivering an exceptional level of talent service consistently to your customers to aid their high-growth scaling efforts.

What are we looking for?

- At least 18 months' worth of technology recruitment experience and a proven track record of making consistent tech hires

- You have a strong understanding of the sourcing process and can demonstrate innovative ways to identify and secure the right tech candidates

- You're able to manage candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process

- You'll have experience dealing with hiring managers and coming up with solutions to hiring issues

- You’ll have an immense drive to succeed and just as importantly view learning as a gateway to success

- You're collaborative and able to thrive in a team

- You're organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively

- You're a problem solver
