You will play a crucial role in facilitating and coordinating various commercial, legal, regulatory and compliance activities within Y corp. This career opportunity involves coordinating and managing various aspects of the commercial team function, including, but not limited to, various contracts and agreements such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, NDA’s as well as compliance documentation relating to due diligence, KYC and data protection throughout the lifecycle of the agreement.

The Commercial Coordinator also supports across all Business Units to provide a point of contact for legal queries, as well as an administrative function to ensure smooth operations and efficient business processes.

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts and agreements across the entire agreement lifecycle.
Coordinate administrative tasks and provide support to the commercial team and wider Business Units.
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to commercial activities.
Support financial activities including vendor order and invoice processing.
Collaborating and assisting on matters relating to data protection, privacy and cyber security including with the research and drafting of applicable policies and data protection agreements.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Coordinating, recording and monitoring vendor due diligence and compliance documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the commercial team.
Undertaking ad-hoc projects and other activities as required.

LLB or other legal qualification and demonstrable interest in commercial law, intellectual property or data privacy law. Experience as a paralegal, even in non-related field, would be highly beneficial.

Familiarity with contract management and legal terminology.
Skilled in influencing, building relationships and mediation
Competent with a PC and MS Office.
