Our client, a worldwide freight forwarding service provider, is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join their team as a Graduate Operations Co-ordinator.

The Job:
As the Graduate Operations Co-ordinator...

* You will receive excellent training to enable you to support the Operations team in coordinating the day to day Sea Freight imports and European road Freight shipments.
* You'll be given guidance to allow you to become proficient in client liaison both written (email) and verbal (telephone).
* Learn how to negotiate and liaise with external suppliers
* Liaise with the internal sales team, assisting with quotations and service status information.
* Assist in the completion of necessary export and import customs clearance.
* Raise job files and all of the appropriate paperwork.
* Invoice jobs on completion.
* Requirements:
* Ambitious, entrepreneurial outlook with a great sense of customer service
* Commercial acumen
* Negotiating skills to maximise gross profit.
* Strong organisational and administration skills.
* Good IT Skills
