This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our purchasing department though the life cycle of various processes, while also being responsible for the management of health and safety protocols, overseeing their compliance across the business.
As our Purchasing Assistant you will strive to understand customer needs and facilitate the experience Welcomm offers its clients. To manage inventory.
To carry out purchasing & procurement within the business.
To perform/manage stock takes and rotations.
To manage order processing life cycle from request to invoice.
To evaluate costs and eliminate risks to the business.
To look after facilities requirements and coordinate contracts and renewals.
To manage the health and safety policies/regulations and ensure business compliance, overseeing any training requirements.
Ideally, you will have experience within purchasing and be a fast learner, open to new ideas and coaching. (preferred but full training will be provided for exceptional candidates without direct experience).
You will be proficient in Microsoft Suite.
