**NMS Infrastructure Ltd (NMSI) is an SME turnkey contractor providing healthcare, education and agricultural infrastructure solutions that enhances the lives of those living in the rural communities of Africa.**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a proven Administrator to join our busy Healthcare Technology team, based in our offices at Market Harborough, on a 6-month Fixed Term contract, with the potential to lead to a permanent contract.

Working as an Administrator, within the Healthcare Technology team, you will provide comprehensive administration support including sourcing and purchasing medical equipment as well as maintaining and updating our in-house databases.

The main roles and responsibilities for this role will be:

- Issuing requests for quotation to suppliers using departmental standard documentation templates
- Liaising with suppliers on behalf of the Healthcare Technology Coordination Manager
- Tracking and managing supplier quotations
- Sourcing and filing manufacturers and suppliers’ information
- Managing and maintaining project filing systems
- Accompany Healthcare Technology Coordination Manager on supplier visits (as necessary)
- Assisting the Purchasing and Logistics Departments when required
- Undertaking any other tasks / duties as reasonably required

**Salary**: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience

**Role Type**: 6 month Fixed Term contract

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday - Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am to 2.00pm

**Location**: Office based near Market Harborough, Eckland Lodge Business Park with ample free on-site secure parking.

**Holiday**: 25 days annual leave including bank holiday (pro-rata)
