A leading digital bank is seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead its expansion into the United Kingdom. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the UK market to meet and exceed sales targets.
Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and timely follow-up with UK-based leads.
Client Relationship Management: Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities within the UK and stay updated on industry trends.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the UK sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics specific to the UK market, providing regular updates to senior management.

⚡ Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the financial services or FinTech industry, particularly in the UK market.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with excellent negotiation and closing skills, particularly within the UK market.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK financial market and consumer behavior.
Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and other sales tools, with a good understanding of digital banking products and services.

Attractive salary & compensation package (100-120 GBP).
