ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - ENTERPRISE SALES
Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for an Account Director - Enterprise Sales. In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining business within a named set of partner accounts across the Arrow ECS Vendor Portfolio. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams, and the vendors to ensure trust and support of business objectives.
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
- You will be responsible for maximizing sales of Arrow ECS portfolio into each Partner to include all products, (predefined company) solutions and services.
- Articulating the overall value proposition of Arrow ECS and our predefined company solutions.
- Owning, developing, maintaining, and executing a Partner Account Plan within each Partner.
- Conducting regular meetings with each Partner to include QBR's, Executive, Marketing, Finance and Technical to drive the Partner Account Plan.
- Interfacing with all contact points within each Partner from senior decision makers, sales, procurement through to finance with a view to getting higher, wider, and deeper into each Partner.
- Regular Collaboration with the relevant Sales Operations Team.
- Keeping Customer information and Contacts accurate and up to date on all systems.
- Maintaining the required sales/technical accreditations for key vendors.
- Arranging Executive Sponsor engagement & regular reviews.
What are we looking for?
- You have 5 years+ experience in a similar position within sales and/or business development within a relevant sector
- Can build and develop strategic business relationships
- You have interacted with high-level stakeholders from large accounts
- Strong knowledge of the market, and a good understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel
- Effective communication with people at all levels
- Fluency in English
