Job Summary

Collaborating with CDW’s sales team and customers to identify, develop/quote and close Cisco services and subscription renewal opportunities along with parallel new business opportunity support.

Key responsibilities

The Annuity Specialist (Cisco Services Quote Coordinator) works with CDW’s sales team and customers to generate cisco services quotations along with renewal identification and notification of Cisco services and subscription contracts, responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for Cisco subscriptions and services renewal notification and updating internal systems on the status of all renewals
  • Using Cisco portal tools (CCWR) and MS excel skills to produce quotations & estimates for Cisco services.
  • Raising cases with Cisco and responding to general related queries from sales and customers
  • Providing new business opportunity support across CDW’s install client base as well as net new clients.
  • Responsible for direct vendor service renewal opportunity management.
  • Identification, development and closure of opportunities within the new business and renewal services pipeline
  • Building a strong rapport with their sales teams along with other internal and external stakeholders, driving and evangelising CDW’s vendor services capabilities within the client base.
  • Maintaining subject matter expertise around Cisco services
  • Utilisation of vendor tools (such as for example with Cisco CCW, Cisco Ready for Partners) and the associated approach and methodology required when engaging on new business and renewal opportunities to drive maximum client value

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience working within a VAR, MSP, Distribution of Vendor role
  • Experience with the quoting and selling of Cisco services, working with Cisco tools such as CCWR
  • Strong analytical, and problem solving skills, able to prioritise and escalate urgent matters both in your own workload and via third party suppliers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be well presented and a confident communicator
  • Excellent MS office skills, especially excel
  • Must be good working under pressure to tight time scales and part of a virtual team
  • Must have high level of consistency and accuracy in data keying and documentation production.
