Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CDW UK's sales team and customers to identify, develop, and close Cisco services and subscription renewal opportunities, as well as parallel new business opportunity support.
  • Work with CDW UK's sales team and customers to generate Cisco services quotations, along with renewal identification and notification of Cisco services and subscription contracts.
  • Responsible for Cisco subscriptions and services renewal notification and updating internal systems on the status of all renewals.
  • Use Cisco portal tools (CCWR) and MS Excel skills to produce quotations and estimates for Cisco services.
  • Provide new business opportunity support across CDW UK's installed client base as well as net new clients.
  • Responsible for direct vendor service renewal opportunity management.
  • Identification, development, and closure of opportunities within the new business and renewal services pipeline.
  • Build a strong rapport with sales teams, along with other internal and external stakeholders, driving and evangelizing CDW UK's vendor services capabilities within the client base.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise around Cisco services.
  • Experience with the quoting and selling of Cisco services, working with Cisco tools such as CCWR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to prioritize and escalate urgent matters both in your own workload and via third-party suppliers.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Must be good working under pressure to tight time scales and part of a virtual team.
  • Must have a high level of consistency and accuracy in data keying and documentation production.
