We are currently looking for a Celonis - Senior Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team. We also offer the option to work remote.
As our new Senior Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving Celonis proof of value propositions globally. Your responsibilities include not only approaching potential clients to win new business but also developing and strengthening relationships with existing clients. As such, you will play a crucial role as a trusted advisor in our clients' digital transformation journeys.
Execution of strategic and tactical account planning, as well as effective implementation of sales methodologies with high cross-selling potential
~​Developing and building existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
~ Forecasting and CRM reporting
~ Run or participate in events and sales/marketing activities with a focus on existing and potential client business opportunities


6 to 8 years in a dedicated Sales or Business Development role in consultancy.
~ A resilient network in the UK and demonstrable experience in new business sales with large organizations in UK
~ Experience in complex solution selling that includes the introduction of projects of, IT-services and/or process development initiatives
~ Strong business focus with good understanding from working with stakeholders at CEO level
~ Fluent in English
~ Flexibility and willingness to travel when required


Experience in Retail or Financial Services.
Experience in IT- / Management consulting from project management or project delivery will be an advantage, and your ability to understand and translate client needs into solutions will be of great importance.
You have a good ability to demonstrate clear business value, drive and develop a client relationship and control the client’s expectations.
You are a team player who is good at making your clients, project members and colleagues happy while achieving ambitious objectives.
You communicate effectively in person, on the phone, in writing and online
