Commercial Assistant/Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Competitive Salary

An exciting opportunity exists for a Commercial Assistant/Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team with an excellent pipeline of works up to £1 million in values. You will work on a range of projects including commercial, retail, leisure, industrial, new build sites, refurbishment, and social housing.
You will be actively involved of all aspects of your projects from start to finish. This will involve being both office based and spending time out on sites.

Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast for designated projects.
• Support your team to value and authorise payments to sub-contractors within the region
• Liaise with Senior Team members to establish the project specification and requirements.
• Attend and contribute to meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers when necessary, building relationships and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Support the team with monitoring the contract progress, assess, and report any changes that may affect project costs and or time scale.
• You will have gained previous commercial acumen or qualification within Quantity Surveying and seeking an opportunity to develop. You also must hold a Full UK Driving Licence as travel is a must with this role.
