Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse drawings and specifications of new buildings to ensure accurate costing and budgeting.
  • Assist senior managers in budgeting construction projects, including material, work, and labor costs.
  • Support the preparation of tender and contract documents.
  • Contribute to the control of costs during construction projects.
