Job Summary

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Redrow, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling expenditure on all company developments, ensuring compliance with Group Commercial policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include procurement, payments, valuations, and administration of Health and Safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager/Chief Quantity Surveyor to prepare subcontract enquiry lists for approval.
  • Prepare comprehensive enquiry packs, ensuring fully compliant tender information is issued.
  • Analyze tenders to ensure compliant bids are received.
  • Develop detailed breakdowns of build costs included within land acquisition packs.
