About the Role

As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects by assisting in the budgeting and cost control processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to develop and manage project budgets, including material, labor, and work costs.
  • Support the preparation of tender and contract documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the control of costs during construction projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
