Summary

Redrow Homes are looking for an individual who is passionate about working in our commercial offices as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. A crucial role within this element of the construction projects you will be responsible for assisting in ensuring the monies spent in costing up new homes is spend wisely. Based in the commercial department the successful candidate will learn how to be a Quantity Surveyor from some of the best within our industry.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse drawings and specifications of the new building that architects or engineers provide.

Assisting senior managers with the budgeting of construction projects including the quality of material, work an and labor costs.

Support and prepare tender and contract documents.

Support in the control of costs during a construction project.
