This role is for a strategic, user-focused UX Designer to join our experience team. You will play a strategic role in supporting the creation of digital and service experiences by understanding user needs, stakeholders visions and translating them core UX deliverables. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to shape the user experience across our digital platforms.

Conduct desk-based and user research through methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics and competitor analysis.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution of the product vision and user requirements.
Translate user insights into journey maps, personas, and information architectures to support the build of a product or website.
Conduct user studies, run focus groups, and do whatever it takes to research and build the right experience for our users.
Collaborate with a team of 2-3 designers via design reviews, design critique, and design sprint planning.
Work closely with Visual designer and content writer throughout projects with low level design, research and journey mapping, while supporting BA roles to document or projects features and goals.

2 years of design experience with a strong portfolio of products that have shipped.

~ Advocate for accessibility, inclusion throughout prohects
~ Experience building products for mobile and web platforms.
