About the Job A global leader in advanced polymer solutions, the company specialise in high-performance polymers and polyamides for demanding applications across automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors. With a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation, it delivers cutting-edge materials that enable lightweight design, durability, and efficiency for complex engineering challenges worldwide. Your Tasks Drive international sales growth for polymers and polyamides across key markets. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base in automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. Identify and promote new applications leveraging high-performance polymer technologies. Provide technical and commercial support to customers and manage complex international projects. Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve corporate revenue and growth objectives. Your Profile Degree in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business administration. In-depth knowledge of the polymer and polyamide industry. Proven track record in international sales and business development. Results-driven mindset with resilience and assertiveness. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
