Key Responsibilities: Managing Site Personnel: Supervise and coordinate the site team, including engineers, subcontractors, and labourers, to ensure that construction work progresses according to plan and in compliance with safety regulations. Planning and Scheduling: Assist in developing the project plan, setting construction milestones, and creating detailed schedules for various activities. Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and take proactive measures to keep the project on track. Quality Control: Oversee quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets required standards and specifications. Conduct inspections, review test results, and address any non-compliance issues promptly. Health and Safety: Prioritise safety on the construction site by implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety briefings, and monitoring compliance with relevant regulations. Communication and Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between the construction site and other stakeholders, including the project manager, design team, and client.
