As a Client Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective buyers through the process of selecting their dream luxury apartment.

Job Title: Client Sales Advisor - Luxury Retirement Living
Proactively convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
A minimum of 5 years' successful track record in premium residential sales.
Ability to generate opportunities, build relationships, and adhere to a well-defined sales process and compliance framework.
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
Customer-centric mindset, with excellent empathy, listening skills, and needs analysis.
Proficiency in CRM systems.
