**Job Description: Learning and Development Administrator****Responsibilities:**- Manage Business Training Plan, create Teams meetings for virtual classroom sessions, and send links to all delegates- Use Myrus (Care Shield) e-learning platform for new starters, leavers, archiving, and additional information- Support trainers before, during, and after training sessions with admin tasks- Plan and create induction schedules, disseminate information to regional admins, and confirm room bookings- Process new starters, book staff on training, and check prerequisites prior to courses- Respond to training admin inbox queries, manage delegate numbers, and fill course places- Upload competencies on e-learning platform and produce accurate reports when required- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage equipment databases**Key Qualifications:**- 2 years of administrative experience- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Teams)- Database administration experience preferred**Benefits:**- Engaging and supportive work environment- Opportunities for growth and developmentIf you are motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for learning and development, we want to hear from you **Please note that Eden Futures is not able to offer Sponsorships at this time.**
