Facilities Manager - Compliance Contract Monitoring Location : Panoramic are looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join a local authority team in north London.


This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent after this


Conduct regular audits and inspections of facility operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
Monitor contract performance and vendor compliance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with contractual agreements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to promptly address any compliance issues or contract discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities and contract monitoring efforts.
Provide guidance and support to facility staff on compliance-related matters and contract requirements.
Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate compliance findings and contract performance metrics to senior management.
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Facilities Management department.
Oversee performance management across the department, including SLAs, specifications, procurement, and contract management.
Ensure overall management, monitoring, and compliance across a wide range of FM services throughout the organization.
Implement and maintain appropriate policies and procedures related to Business Continuity.
