Hybrid Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Hybrid Sales Specialist to join our MedTech team.

In this dynamic role, you'll strategically manage your own territory remotely with occasional travel to support customers in the field, focusing on high-value opportunities to grow the business. You'll be at the forefront, capturing competitor market share and championing the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. You will develop a business plan for your customer base and execute against the plan using virtual selling aids and digital channels, including social media, while cultivating and nurturing essential customer relationships.

This is the perfect opportunity for the ambitious, driven, and passionate individual looking to make their mark. Prior MedTech experience is essential, and virtual sales is advantageous.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Showcase our products to key customers and stakeholders in secondary care while building enduring connections.

Craft comprehensive business plans for your territory, pinpointing growth opportunities as a priority.

Cultivate and enhance customer accounts, taking ownership of the relationship between the company and the customer.

Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans, harnessing key systems and data to uncover customer needs.

Build relationships with marketing and omnichannel leads, supporting the co-ordination of digital communication across your territory.

Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets

You will bring:

Experience in selling within the MedTech industry

Knowledge of secondary care/private sector environment

Experience selling virtually would be an advantage

Influencing and business partnering skills

Ability to build trust with customers by acting in a consultative manner to help the customer achieve their objectives

Drive and tenacity and a strong can-do / self-starter mentality
